Keith has been buying, building, and selling homes for 35 years in the Effingham area and Property Management and Real Estate investing in multi-family units for 17 years. 

He has lived in Effingham most of his life and is a graduate of Effingham High School, and Eastern Illinois University. He has volunteered his time in the past serving on board of directors of United Way, Effingham Unit #40 Foundation, Effingham Sportsbackers, and Effingham Country Club.

Keith’s family is one of his biggest joys and this makes it all the more personal for him to find his customers the home they want to enjoy with friends and family as well.
